The Principle of PCD Pre-Milling Cutter
The cutter rotates in the opposite direction to the board. However, when milling reaches the end of the board, it can cause chipping at the edges. To prevent this, pre-milling uses two cutters rotating in different directions:
First Cutter: Rotates clockwise and mills only the front edge of the board. At the end, the cutter is actively pushed to avoid the edge.
Second Cutter: Rotates counterclockwise to complete the entire pre-milling process.
