PCD pre-milling cutter installation process

1.Remove the dust extraction pipe and the protective cover

2.Loosen the nuts on the opposite side

Remove the old pcd pre-milling cutter

Install the new pcd pre-milling cutter according to the corresponding model

3.Start debugging the machine

Adjust the quantity of pre-milling cutter and the feed rate of the pre-milling cutter based on the results.

4.Finally,perform a test

If there is no edge chipping,the installation is complete
