How Sharpened Saw Teeth Are Inspected

This is the process of grinding the front angle of saw blades.

After the saw blade grinding is completed, we use testing instruments to magnify the saw teeth for inspection.

First, we check the thickness of the saw teeth to see if it falls within the acceptable tolerance range. Next, we examine the cutting edge from the base to the shoulder of the tooth to ensure there is no irregular size difference along the edge.
